Stephen is the Chief Executive Officer, Global of NEOS Advanced Building Technologies, responsible for leading the company’s international strategy, growth, and operational performance. With extensive leadership experience across construction, engineering, and development sectors, he oversees the delivery of NEOS’s integrated light gauge steel frame systems across a diverse range of markets.
In his role, Stephen works closely with partners, developers, and stakeholders to drive innovation, efficiency, and consistency across all projects. He is focused on scaling NEOS’s capabilities globally, ensuring the delivery of high-performance, energy-efficient buildings that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and long-term value.
Stephen is committed to positioning NEOS at the forefront of modern construction, championing a more efficient, sustainable approach to building that supports both current and future demands across the UK and international markets.
Henry Chiu is Vice President of Operations & Business Development – United States at NEOS Advanced Building Technologies, responsible for leading operational delivery and driving business growth across the US market. He plays a key role in establishing and expanding NEOS’s presence, supporting clients and partners with tailored, high-performance building solutions.
Henery oversees the coordination of operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, consistently, and to the highest standards. Working closely with stakeholders across the development and construction sectors, he focuses on building strong relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth.
His role supports the wider global strategy of NEOS, helping to scale operations internationally while maintaining a clear focus on quality, performance, and long-term value.
Michael has over thirty-seven years of experience in senior leadership and director roles within the construction, engineering, and development sectors. He began his career as a Quantity Surveyor and holds a degree from the University of the West of England. Michael is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds various other professional memberships.
Throughout his career, Michael has led and delivered complex, multi-billion-pound projects both in the UK and internationally. His expertise spans a diverse range of sectors, including master planning and development of new cities, urban regeneration, sustainable and renewable mixed use developments projects, data centres, pharmaceutical, National Health Service, Defence, infrastructure, transportation, rail, power, energy.
Michael’s passion lies in creating and delivering high performance buildings with speed and certainty that are energy-efficient, sustainable for future generations. His extensive knowledge and proven track record make him a valuable asset to Neos Advance Building Technologies, as the company continues to build a sustainable future.
Mark is the Inhouse Architect & Engineering Manager – Global at NEOS Advanced Building Technologies, responsible for leading architectural design and engineering coordination across international projects. He plays a key role in ensuring that all systems are developed with precision, compliance, and buildability from concept through to delivery.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, Mark oversees the integration of design and engineering processes to maintain consistency, efficiency, and technical accuracy across all developments. His focus is on delivering practical, high-performance solutions that align with project requirements and regulatory standards.
Mark supports the global delivery of NEOS systems by ensuring designs are fully coordinated, optimised, and ready for manufacture and installation, contributing to efficient project execution and long-term performance.
Mark Farrelly is the Technical & Operations Director, Global at NEOS Advanced Building Technologies, responsible for overseeing the company’s technical delivery, operational performance, and project execution across international markets. With extensive experience in construction, engineering, and manufacturing, he plays a key role in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, scalable building systems.
Mark leads the integration of design, manufacturing, and installation processes, ensuring efficiency, precision, and programme certainty across all projects. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, he drives continuous improvement in technical standards, operational workflows, and delivery capability.
His focus is on maintaining the highest levels of quality, safety, and performance, while supporting the ongoing growth and global expansion of NEOS through reliable and efficient project delivery.
